The People’s Emergency Briefing

Film screening and discussion

18th June | 7:00pm – 9:00pm

A free community screening of an eye-opening film which reveals how the UK is being affected by global climate change.

The People’s Emergency Briefing is based on evidence from leading scientists and aims to honestly inform the public of the risks the country faces.  It also offers credible and positive ways to respond.

It is backed by a wide range of British institutions, including The Royal Meteorological Society, WWF and National Trust, and features appearances from Chris Packham, Deborah Meaden, and citizens across the UK.

The screening is being hosted by a coalition of local environment groups and is one of many taking place across the UK. It will be followed by a guided discussion with the audience.

Tickets are free, but places are limited so please book in advance, via EVENTBRITE!
